We are seeking an Executive Assistant Manager with an impeccable background to oversee the Food & Beverage operations of a large-scale, luxury resort opening. This property will cater to both local and international holidaymakers, leisure enthusiasts, and group operations, offering a world-class hospitality experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in large-scale resorts or hotels with 15+ F&B outlets.
• Previous positions held as F&B Director, Senior F&B Director, or Executive Assistant Manager in sizeable operations.
• Demonstrated ability to set procedures, standards, and operational excellence across multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and operational skills with a clear focus on delivering premium guest experiences.
• Experience working with international hotel operators is essential.
