Group Chief Engineer – Hotel Division
Location: Papua New Guinea
Salary: USD 54,000 – 60,000
Role Overview
- Lead and oversee all engineering operations across a hotel division
- Hands-on involvement at each property
- Full responsibility for maintenance standards, safety, and asset performance
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as Group / Regional / Cluster Chief Engineer
- Proven background working in hardship or remote locations
- Strong hotel operations experience (on-property, not head office only)
- Ability to set and control preventive maintenance programs
- Solid budgeting and cost-control skills
- Computer literate (maintenance systems, reporting)
