Chief Financial Officer – Leading Hotel Group | Papua New Guinea

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for one of Papua New Guinea’s premier hotel providers. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic finance professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, taxation requirements, and international accounting standards.

Collaborate closely with senior management to support investment decisions, operational initiatives, and business expansion.

Monitor and control costs while identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and performance.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support long-term business strategy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior finance leader, ideally within hospitality or related industries.

Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
