Restaurant Manager – Luxury 400-Room Property | Port Moresby, PNG 

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a prestigious 400-room luxury property in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

The Role:

Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional fine dining service standards.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team to deliver world-class guest experiences.

Collaborate closely with F&B leadership and hotel management to drive performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in fine dining and luxury hospitality.
• Experience in remote living or working internationally.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
