We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to lead the commercial growth of a unique ultra-luxury island resort. This is a rare opportunity for a highly connected, results-driven professional to shape the resort’s positioning in the global luxury travel market.

The Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Sales will define and execute a high-impact sales strategy, targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), and driving bookings from key international feeder markets. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships, leading negotiations, and expanding the resort’s visibility in the ultra-luxury segment.

Candidate Requirements

Extensive experience in Indian Ocean luxury resorts or island destinations

Deep understanding of European and American feeder markets for ultra-luxury travel

Strong network in the UHNWI and ultra-luxury hospitality segment

Confident and persuasive in high-level negotiations and networking

Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver revenue growth

Exceptional relationship management and communication skills

Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and operational understanding
