What We’re Looking For:

• Proven 4-5 star hotel/resort experience
• Lead from the front, side by side with your team
• Prior African experience preferred
• Ability to elevate local dishes to new heights
• Manage a multicultural team of 40 staff
• Outstanding trainer and mentor, firm but fair
• Strong culinary business acumen (costs, inventory, logistics)
• Creative with local ingredients, skilled in HACCP & menu planning
• Remote/hardship experience a plus

Salary up to US$4,400 net/month+ Performance bonus
