Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort, Ghana

Join one of West Africa’s premier luxury resorts as a Food & Beverage Manager and lead a passionate team across 4 F&B outlets and multiple event venues. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving innovation and revenue in a high-end luxury setting.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in 4-5 star hotels/resorts

Prior African experience preferred

Strong beverage expertise: wine pairings, cocktails, and exciting new wine lists

Lead from the front, hands-on with a multicultural team of 50+ staff

Honest, presentable, and outstanding in guest interaction

Excellent trainer/mentor: F&B staff must fully understand what they serve

Strong business acumen: costs, budgeting, inventory control

Creative: implement seasonal concepts & new revenue streams

Promotions genius: create annual promotions calendar & drive sales

Super user of Opera/Micros

Skilled in logistics, quick problem-solving, and teamwork with Executive Chef & Marketing

Remote/hardship experience a plus

Package & Benefits:

Salary up to US$3,200 net/month + performance bonus

On-site accommodation, Medical cover, Annual flight home

Single status only- 2-year renewable contract
