We are seeking an exceptional Chief Engineer to lead engineering and maintenance operations across one of the largest and most complex luxury hospitality environments in the Caribbean.

This is a career-defining role for a senior engineering professional with deep technical expertise in large-scale F&B operations, particularly within high-volume, multi-kitchen environments.

Key Requirements

• Extensive international experience (essential)
• Proven background in maintaining and upgrading older kitchen infrastructures
• Strong experience in activating and commissioning new kitchens
• Expert-level knowledge of all commercial kitchen equipment
• Hands-on leadership across preventive maintenance programs for:
• Overseeing all F&B outlets. Restaurants, banquets, and production kitchens
• Full responsibility for engineering and maintenance programs supporting: Over 30+ kitchens & Large-scale, multi-outlet F&B operations
• Ability to lead, plan, and execute maintenance strategies in a high-pressure, ultra-large operation

The Role

• Oversee all engineering functions related to F&B operations
• Ensure operational continuity across restaurants, kitchens, and support areas
• Drive preventive maintenance, compliance, and long-term asset protection
• Work closely with executive culinary and operations teams
• Lead and mentor a large engineering team in a complex resort environment

Package

Salary: US$120,000 net negotiable
