Director of People & Culture – 1000+ Room Resort Opening, Vietnam 

We are seeking an experienced Director of People & Culture for a major resort opening in Vietnam. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic HR leader to shape the people strategy for a 1,000+ room property.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Open to all nationalities
• Must have experience in 800+ room properties or cluster HR leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and coach local HR teams
• Strong track record in large-scale hotel openings
• Experience with international branded hotels
• Skilled in setting up HR teams, implementing policies, and providing strategic guidance
• Direct Procedures, and Best Practices Across the Property
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement Programs
