Now Hiring: F&B Chief Engineer (Back of House Operations Specialist)

We are seeking a highly technical and operationally astute F&B Chief Engineer to lead all engineering functions across our Food & Beverage operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in back-of-house systems, kitchen infrastructure, and facility maintenance.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead all engineering and maintenance operations across F&B outlets and production kitchens

Read and interpret building plans, blueprints, and technical drawings with accuracy

Oversee repairs and implement preventive maintenance programs for:

Electrical, Plumbing systems, HVAC and mechanical systems

Maintain, service, and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment including:

Refrigeration systems. Ovens and stoves, Combi steamers, Dishwashers

Manage the maintenance and servicing of older kitchens while successfully rolling out and commissioning new kitchen operations

Create and manage engineering and maintenance budgets

Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards

Coordinate contractors and oversee renovation or new build projects

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an F&B Chief Engineer or senior engineering leader within hospitality or large-scale food production

Specialised expertise in back-of-house operations

Strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen infrastructure

Hands-on experience with refrigeration and critical cooking systems

Ability to train, mentor, and develop engineering team members

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and cost control

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
