Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a luxury island resort in Fiji. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with ambitions for growth into senior leadership roles within a Fijian hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management

Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards

Provide strategic financial guidance to support operational and business growth

Collaborate with management to drive profitability and cost efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Candidate Profile:

Proven finance management experience in resorts or hospitality, preferably in island or remote locations

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls

Ambitious, strategic, and growth-oriented mindset

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Comfortable working in a luxury, fast-paced, and dynamic resort environment
