Director of Finance

Salary: US$60,000 – US$72,000 Net + Expatriate Package

We are seeking a highly committed and commercially astute Director of Finance for a  hospitality operation in a stunning island destination. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven finance leader who is eager to grow into a future CFO role within the group.

Island or Fijian experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full financial and accounting operations of the property
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards
• Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the General Manager and ownership
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability and development
• Oversee procurement controls, inventory management, and internal controls
• Prepare feasibility studies, capital expenditure planning, and long-term financial strategies

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently a Director of Finance with international experiences 
• Previous island resort or Fijian experience strongly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational understanding
• Experience in expatriate environments
• Long-term commitment mindset with ambition to progress to CFO level
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Package:

US$60,000 – US$72,000 Net
