We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join a well-established Chartered Accounting firm based in Inner Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to accountants and management

Managing phone calls, emails, and client correspondence

Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Preparing documents, reports, and client files

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

Assisting with general office coordination and ad hoc duties

About You:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

Experience within an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
