Office Administrator / Administration Support Officer

An established and respected accounting practice in Carlton is looking for a capable and detail-focused Office Administrator to support its growing team. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the Managing Director and supporting the accounting team.

The Role:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Provide administrative support to a team of accountants
  • Assist the Managing Director with scheduling and coordination
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain client records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support general office operations and ensure an efficient workflow
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

Solid experience in an administrative or office coordination role

Background in accounting or professional services is advantageous
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
