Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all food and beverage operations across multiple venues

Ensure superior guest experiences through service quality, staff coaching, and mentoring

Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategies and efficiency improvements

Manage large, multi-functional teams and oversee inter-departmental workflows

Implement best practices to optimize revenue, productivity, and overall outlet performance

Ideal Profile

Seasoned hospitality leader with experience in multi-outlet resorts, cruise ships, casinos, or large-scale hotels

Skilled in overseeing high-volume operations with diverse culinary concepts

Strong communicator with excellent organisational and team management abilities
