Director of Engineering – Kitchen Services

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering – Kitchen Services for a large-scale luxury resort operation in the Bahamas.

This is a flagship, oceanfront property featuring:

• 500+ rooms
• 20 Food & Beverage outlets
• Extensive banqueting and large-scale function facilities

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in senior engineering roles within large luxury hotels or resorts

Strong, hands-on expertise in kitchen services and equipment across high-volume operations

Ability to certify, manage, and maintain commercial kitchen systems to international standards

Demonstrated success in preventive maintenance programs and operational efficiency

Experience managing large teams and multiple outlets in complex environments

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and future-proof kitchen infrastructure
