An exceptional opportunity to be part of the pre-opening team of a world-class luxury resort in the Indian Ocean. This is a rare leadership role for an experienced Rooms Division professional ready to step into a highly refined, guest-centric environment at the highest level of hospitality.

We are seeking a Resort Manager who can lead from the front, shape service excellence, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience in a truly iconic island setting.

Before you apply, ask yourself:

1. Have you worked in a world-class luxury establishment (5-star deluxe / ultra-luxury resort or hotel)?

2. Are you fluent in German, and do you speak at least one additional language?

3. Do you have a strong Rooms Division and guest services background (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations – (NOT F&B focused)?

4. Are you available and willing to travel and relocate on a single-status expatriate package?

The Package:

USD $120,000 net per annum
