Director of Commercial – Western Australia (Perth)

We are seeking an ultra experienced Director of Commercial to lead the strategic commercial direction of a high-performing hospitality business in Perth, Western Australia.

This is a key executive role focused on long-term commercial planning, revenue growth, and market positioning, with a strong emphasis on MICE, corporate, and broader commercial channels.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a clear commercial roadmap that drives sustainable growth across all revenue streams, while strengthening brand presence and market share in both domestic and international segments.

Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic commercial planning and revenue optimisation
• Leadership of MICE, corporate, and key commercial segments
• Development and execution of long-term commercial roadmap
• Market expansion and business development initiatives
• Close collaboration with the General Manager and executive leadership team
• Driving performance across sales, marketing, and distribution channels

About You:

• Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within hospitality or tourism
• Strong background in MICE and corporate market segments
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capability
• Experienced in leading commercial teams and driving revenue growth
• Ability to work closely with a General Manager in a high-performance environment

Package:

Salary: $170,000 – $190,000 + bonus
