Director of Finance (ExCom)

Luxury Hospitality | Vietnam Nationals Only

We are seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to join the Executive Committee of a large-scale hospitality operation.

Key Requirements:

• Vietnamese nationality only (ExCom level appointment)
• Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years as Director of Finance in the hotel industry
• Strong expertise in hotel financial controls, compliance, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience in large-scale all-inclusive resorts or pre-opening environments strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of international accounting standards, audits, and financial governance
• Strong leadership capability with proven stakeholder and ownership management skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to support operational decision-making at ExCom level

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the General Manager

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: USD 5,000 – 5,500 gross per month
