We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of a stunning, multi-award-winning luxury resort in the Indian Ocean.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for a diverse and high-performing food & beverage operation, including over five restaurants, each delivering unique and refined culinary concepts. Leading a large brigade of international chefs, you will be a strong, hands-on leader who drives excellence, consistency, and innovation at every level.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all culinary operations across 5+ restaurants

Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, multicultural kitchen brigade

Maintain and elevate world-class culinary standards

Drive menu innovation and guest experience

Ensure strong cost control, quality, and operational efficiency

The Candidate

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury resorts or five-star hotels

Strong leadership presence with the ability to command and inspire large teams

International experience highly regarded

Passion for excellence, detail, and innovation

Stable career history within high-end environments
