We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven leader to take on a senior executive role within a high-profile, large-scale hotel operation.

The Role

Lead all Sales, Marketing & PR functions across a flagship property

Drive revenue strategy across key segments including corporate, MICE & leisure

Elevate brand positioning and market presence

Oversee high-performing teams and multi-channel campaigns

Work closely with senior leadership on overall commercial strategy

The Candidate

Proven experience within 5-star/luxury hotels

Background in 400+ room properties or cluster/group roles

Strong track record in revenue growth and market penetration

Exceptional leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
