Lead the full commercial strategy for a landmark, newly refurbished 400+ room city hotel

Oversee Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and long-term business development strategy

Drive market positioning and revenue growth across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments

Shape and execute innovative commercial strategies to strengthen market leadership

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders

Lead brand positioning, PR strategy, and integrated marketing communications

Work closely with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and asset performance

Inspire and guide high-performing commercial teams to deliver results in a competitive market

The ideal candidate

Proven senior commercial leadership experience in large-scale hotel or hospitality operations

Strong background in Sales, Marketing, PR, and strategic business development

Experience with 400+ room properties or large urban hotels highly preferred

Commercially driven with strong analytical and revenue-focused mindset

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategic growth plans

Australian experience or strong understanding of the local market highly regarded
