An exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering professional to take on a regional leadership role across four diverse properties in Papua New Guinea. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in remote environments and can drive engineering standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across 4 properties

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Lead, mentor, and develop on-site engineering teams

Manage CAPEX projects, renovations, and preventative maintenance programs

Drive cost control, energy efficiency, and operational performance

Support General Managers with technical and infrastructure strategy

About You:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Regional Engineering Manager within hotels or resorts
• Background in remote or developing markets highly advantageous
• Solid understanding of plant, equipment, and facilities management
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in challenging environments with autonomy
