We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Front Office & Housekeeping to oversee and elevate the Rooms Division operations of a leading luxury property in Southern Africa. This is a key executive role for a hands-on leader who thrives on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Front Office and Housekeeping departments to the highest luxury standards

Drive exceptional guest service delivery across all touchpoints

Implement and maintain SOPs, brand standards, and service excellence

Oversee staffing, training, and development of department heads and teams

Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and forecasting

Ensure seamless coordination between Rooms Division and all other departments

Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as Director of Front Office orr Rooms Division leader in a luxury hotel

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor teams

Deep understanding of Front Office operations, Housekeeping management, and guest services

Financially astute with strong budgeting and cost-control skills

Experience in Africa or remote resort environments is highly advantageous

Pre-opening or rebranding experience is a plus
