Group Director of Culture, Learning & People Development – Luxury Hotel Group | Nigeria

An exceptional career opportunity with one of Nigeria’s leading luxury hotel groups operating two internationally recognised five-star properties.

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee people culture, leadership development, learning strategies and employee engagement across both hotels. This role will work closely with the General Managers and department heads to strengthen service culture, develop future leaders and drive high performance teams throughout the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • • Prior African hospitality experience is essential
  • • Background within luxury or upscale hotels
  • • Degree qualified in HR, Hospitality, Psychology or related field
  • • 8–10 years progressive experience in HR, Training, L&D or Organisational Culture
  • • Senior leadership exposure within multi-department or multi-property operations preferred
  • • Strong understanding of hotel operations, service standards and leadership development
  • • Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
  • • Fluent English essential


Package:

• US$4000 – US$4,500 net per month

• Accommodation provided

• Medical cover

• Annual flight home
