HEAD OF LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT – AFRICA

We are seeking dynamic African continent-experienced professionals with a strong background in hotel or exhibition environments, capable of driving structured L&D strategies, operational training excellence, and long-term talent development programs.

Key Requirements:

• Currently holding a Head or Director of Learning & Development position

• Proven experience within large-scale operations with 500+ staff

• Previous hotel or exhibition/conference centre experience is essential

• Strong ability to design and implement L&D programs, roadmaps, succession planning, and training strategies

• Creative, flexible, highly organised, and a natural leader

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
