We are seeking an exceptional Group Director of Human Resources & Training to join one of Nigeria’s leading hospitality organisations, overseeing multiple luxury hotels and hospitality operations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or Group HR Director within large-scale luxury hotels.

Extensive background in complex hotel operations, preferably with 500+ room properties, multiple F&B outlets, conference facilities, and diverse workforces.

Previous African hospitality experience is essential.

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Advanced certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Human Resources highly regarded.

Strong expertise in talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative training and leadership development programs.

Creative and forward-thinking approach to organisational development and workforce planning.

Experience managing large HR teams across multiple properties.

Strong understanding of labour legislation, compliance, and HR governance.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams.

Proven ability to drive organisational culture, employee retention, and service excellence.

Outstanding communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Fluent English essential.
