Facilities Manager – Papua New Guinea

Join a growing hospitality group overseeing several boutique-style properties across Papua New Guinea.

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager with strong technical and leadership skills to oversee all maintenance, engineering, and preventative maintenance programs across multiple remote locations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience living and working in remote environments and be comfortable managing diverse teams, contractor relationships, utilities, generators, and capital improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Proven facilities, engineering, or maintenance management experience

• Remote living and working experience is essential

• Hospitality, resort, mining camp, island resort, or similar background preferred

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Ability to manage multiple properties and maintenance teams

Package:

 US$48,000 net

• Expatriate benefits
