Director of Culture & Engagement – Cluster Appointment

Salary: US$54,000 Net

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced people-focused hospitality professional to lead Culture & Engagement across a large cluster operation comprising over 800 guest rooms, 600+ associates, and an extensive Convention & Exhibition Centre.

This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving employee engagement, workplace culture, talent development, recognition programs, communication strategies, learning initiatives, and employer branding across multiple hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies across the cluster

• Drive colleague satisfaction, retention, and employee wellbeing initiatives

• Lead associate recognition, rewards, and internal communication programs

• Support leadership teams in creating a high-performance culture

• Coordinate learning, development, and succession planning initiatives

• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen employee engagement across all departments

• Champion diversity, inclusion, and organisational values

• Enhance employer branding and recruitment attraction strategies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in Culture & Engagement, Human Resources, Talent & Culture, or People & Culture leadership roles

•  Strong hospitality experience within hotels, resorts, or integrated hospitality operations

• Proven ability to influence and engage large and diverse workforces

• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills

• Experience managing employee engagement programs for multi-property or large-scale operations

• Strong understanding of talent development and organizational culture
