This high-profile resort operation is seeking a commercially focused finance leader capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Director of Finance experience within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment

• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management skills

• Experience managing finance teams within remote or island resort operations preferred

• Thorough understanding of hospitality financial controls, audits, taxation, and compliance

• Ability to partner closely with ownership and executive management on strategic business decisions

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities

• Experience with internationally recognised hotel finance systems and reporting standards

• Professional accounting qualification preferred
