Salary: US$84,000 Net + Service Charge + R&R Benefits

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of one of the Indian Ocean's most prestigious luxury resorts.

We are seeking a dynamic culinary leader with experience in world-class luxury resorts and a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences across multiple dining concepts. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, drive innovation, maintain the highest international standards, and mentor a diverse culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a large multi-cultural brigade across all culinary outlets

• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Develop innovative menus aligned with luxury market expectations

• Manage food cost, labour cost, and kitchen profitability

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and international food safety standards

• Train, mentor, and develop local and international culinary talent

• Work closely with senior management to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

  • • Current Executive Chef experience within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment
  • • Strong background in remote island resorts or internationally renowned hospitality brands
  • • Expertise across multiple cuisines and dining concepts
  • • Outstanding leadership, training, and communication skills
  • • Proven financial acumen and operational excellence
  • • Stable career history with recognised luxury hospitality operators
