A well-established Chartered Accounting firm in Carlton is seeking an experienced Office & Support Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice and provide leadership to the administration and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative functions

Lead, mentor, and support the administration team

Coordinate workflow and ensure efficient office procedures

Manage client communications and maintain professional relationships

Assist Partners and Accountants with operational and administrative requirements

Oversee document management, compliance, and record-keeping systems

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules

Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across office operations

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an accounting, professional services, legal, or financial services environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management systems

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
