Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Human Resources operations across the organisation

• Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

• Drive training, development, and succession planning initiatives

• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies

• Prepare HR reports, budgets, and workforce planning strategies

• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement programs

Requirements:

  • • Previous PNG experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Professional
  • • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition background
  • • Hospitality, hotel, resort, or service industry experience preferred
  • • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
