F&B Manager – Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania

A leading Beach Resort in Tanzania is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations of a popular 180-key all-inclusive beachfront resort.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong background in all-inclusive resort operations and multi-outlet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, costs, inventory, and profitability across all outlets.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction while maintaining the standards expected of a leading all-inclusive resort.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leader in an all-inclusive resort is essential.
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Previous hospitality experience in Africa is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and team development abilities.
• Open to all nationalities.
• Single status preferred.
