Director of Training & People Culture – Nigeria

A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Director of Training & People Culture to oversee learning, development and HR functions across city-based properties in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee training, learning and development strategies for 700+ employees

 Lead people and culture initiatives across the organisation

Develop and implement training programs to enhance service standards and performance

Support general HR functions, employee engagement and talent development

Work closely with senior leadership teams to build a strong workplace culture

Drive continuous improvement across all departments

Candidate Profile:

• Strong hospitality background with proven experience in training and people development
• Previous experience managing large teams and multi-property environments
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Passionate about developing people and creating high-performance cultures

Availability: Immediate start preferred

Salary: US$54,000 net per annum
