We are seeking a charming, passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join a beautiful winery restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, wine and creating exceptional guest experiences. You will be the face of the restaurant, leading the team and ensuring every guest receives warm, professional and memorable service.

THE ROLE

Lead the day-to-day restaurant operations with energy and professionalism

Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Lead, coach and motivate the front-of-house team

Use your strong wine knowledge to confidently engage with guests and support wine sales

Maintain consistently high service and presentation standards

Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business

Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a seamless operation

• Previous Restaurant Management or strong supervisory experience
• A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality
• Strong wine knowledge and confidence discussing wine with guests
• A naturally charming and engaging personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and interacting with guests
