Head of Business Development – Hotel & Partnerships
Mandala Hospitality Group
Job Overview
About MHG Global
MHG Global is a hospitality infrastructure platform for independent hotels.
Most hotels worldwide operate outside the major brands. They carry strong local identity and real guest relationships, but lack the technology, distribution, capital, and talent infrastructure typically reserved for large hospitality groups.
MHG Global is building that infrastructure and making it available to independent hotel owners without requiring a brand trade. The platform owns its technology stack, integrated across the hotel network: procurement, CRM, HRM, training, PMS, back office and POS, CRS with content management, TA portal and allotment, and booking engine.
Alongside it sits an education ecosystem. MHG Academy trains General Managers and operational managers to a consistent standard, with a hospitality university in development — giving the platform its own pipeline of qualified talent.
MHG Global's international headquarters is being established in Bangkok, capitalised by APEC Group and Mandala Hospitality Group, which own and operate hotels and resorts across Vietnam. Those who join at this stage help shape what the platform becomes.
