Senior Finance Leadership Position

THE OPPORTUNITY

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Head of Finance / Financial Controller to join a leading international hotel group in Melbourne.

This is a substantial single-property operation with 250+ rooms, consistently strong occupancies and exceptionally strong F&B outlets, making this an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven finance professional who enjoys being close to the operation and influencing business performance.

You will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, taking ownership of the property's financial performance while providing commercial insight and strategic direction.

THE ROLE

• Full financial management of a high-volume hotel operation

• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Revenue and cost management

• Commercial analysis and business partnering

• F&B financial performance across multiple outlets

• Cash flow, controls and compliance

• Month-end and year-end reporting

• Supporting operational leaders with financial decision-making

• Driving profitability and identifying new commercial opportunities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded hotel finance professional with:

? Strong hotel finance experience

? Experience in a 250+ room property preferred

? Excellent understanding of rooms and F&B operations

? Strong commercial and analytical capabilities

? Excellent communication skills

? The ability to partner confidently with a GM and executive team

? International or major hotel-chain experience highly regarded
