An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a busy and well-established Italian restaurant on Victoria’s beautiful Surf Coast.

We are seeking a passionate chef with strong Italian culinary experience who can lead the kitchen, maintain high food standards and bring creativity and consistency to the menu.

The Opportunity

• Head Chef position within a busy Italian restaurant

• Strong focus on authentic Italian cuisine and pasta

• Lead and develop the kitchen team

• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency

• Manage daily kitchen operations

• Menu development and seasonal specials

• Ordering, stock control and kitchen cost management

• Maintain food safety and kitchen standards

• Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up

• Solid Italian cuisine experience essential

• Strong pasta and Italian culinary skills

• Passionate about quality food and presentation

• Excellent kitchen leadership and communication skills

• Organised, reliable and a genuine team player

• Comfortable working in a busy lunch and dinner operation
