Position: Workplace Lead

Location: Melbourne

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends, Public Holidays, or Nights)

As a Workplace  Lead, you will be at the forefront of fostering a thriving work environment for the employees. Your role involves coordinating events, managing daily operations, recruitment and hospitality services to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.

Manage mail and supplies efficiently to support daily operations.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain equipment and meeting rooms for optimal functionality.

Guide new employee onboarding to facilitate a seamless integration process.

Oversee a dedicated barista service to enhance the overall workplace experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a similar concierge or hospitality role.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.

Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Benefits: 80-90K
