RESTAURANT FLOOR & EVENTS MANAGER

Destination Getaway – Mornington Peninsula

$100K–$110K + Super

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Floor & Events Manager to join a premium destination getaway on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across restaurant operations, events, functions and special occasions.

THE ROLE

• Take responsibility for the restaurant floor and daily FOH operations

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team

• Manage weddings, events, functions and private celebrations

• Coordinate events from initial planning through to successful delivery

• Ensure exceptional service and guest experience at every occasion

• Manage staff rosters, training, grooming and performance

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and management team

• Oversee restaurant presentation and service standards

• Manage client relationships and event requirements

• Ensure smooth coordination between restaurant, kitchen and events

• Maintain high standards throughout busy service periods

• Contribute ideas to continually improve the guest experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• • Experienced Restaurant Manager, Events Manager, F&B Manager or senior FOH professional
• • Strong restaurant floor and events/function experience
• • Excellent leadership and communication skills
• • Confident managing teams and busy operations
• • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• • Professional, energetic and hands-on
• • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• • A genuine team player who enjoys working in a destination environment
• • Premium restaurant, winery, hotel, events or destination venue experience highly regarded

SALARY: $100K–$110K + SUPER
