SENIOR SUPERVISOR – RESTAURANT & WEDDING EVENTS

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join a premium winery and destination venue on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys restaurant service, weddings, events and functions, and is looking to take the next step in their career.

THE ROLE

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service

• Assist with weddings, private functions and special events

• Coordinate service for weddings and events from setup through to completion

• Ensure excellent guest service and presentation standards

• Manage staff allocation, grooming and performance during service

• Work closely with the kitchen and management team

• Assist with event setup, service and pack-down

• Build strong relationships with wedding couples, clients and guests

• Ensure smooth and professional service during busy events

• Help maintain the venue’s high hospitality and presentation standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experienced Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar

• Strong restaurant and events experience

• Wedding and function experience highly regarded

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Confident leading a team during busy service

• Professional, organised and well presented

• Strong attention to detail

• Passionate about hospitality and guest experiences

• Genuine team player with a hands-on approach

• Winery, restaurant, hotel or destination venue experience highly regarded
