Executive Assistant Manager – F&B

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria | $100K

Lead the day-to-day F&B operations of a premium  and smaller resort complex

Full responsibility for multiple upmarket F&B outlets

Oversee restaurant, bar, events and guest dining operations

Lead, develop and motivate the F&B team

Maintain high standards of service, quality and guest experience

Drive operational efficiency, revenue and cost control

Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team

Act as Deputy General Manager in the GM’s absence

Strong hands-on operational leadership role

Ideal for an experienced F&B Manager or Assistant General Manager ready to take the next step

Resort, hotel, premium restaurant or destination hospitality experience preferred

Strong commercial awareness and people-management skills essential

Beautiful Mornington Peninsula location
