An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious winery operation in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, overseeing three F&B outlets and working closely with the General Manager.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a genuine passion for wine, fine dining and exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across three outlets

• Lead and develop the F&B team

• Deliver exceptional and personalised guest experiences

• Build strong relationships between Front and Back of House

• Maintain high service, food and beverage standards

• Work closely with the GM on operational and commercial performance

The ideal candidate will be a wine enthusiast, have strong fine-dining experience and enjoy being hands-on, visible and actively involved with both guests and the team.
