Required:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Chef de Cuisine
• International hospitality experience essential
• Background in large, internationally branded hotels preferred
• Proven leadership in high-volume kitchens with 25+ chefs
• Strong culinary knowledge of European and Mediterranean cuisines preferred
• Caribbean experience highly regarded
• Progressive career history with demonstrated commitment and no frequent job-hopping
• Excellent leadership, team development and kitchen administration skills
• Strong understanding of food quality, cost control, hygiene and operational efficiency
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop large culinary teams in demanding environments
