PRE-OPENING LEADERSHIP: Lead the successful opening of a 150-room hotel featuring multiple F&B outlets and comprehensive meeting and event facilities.

PROVEN GM EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years as a General Manager, with a successful track record in hotels of 150+ rooms.

AFRICAN MARKET EXPERTISE: Applicants must have strong African hospitality experience and a sound understanding of regional markets.

COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE: Strong business acumen, financial management, budgeting, forecasting and revenue optimisation.

MULTIDISCIPLINARY LEADERSHIP: Demonstrated expertise across Rooms, F&B, Sales, Marketing and overall hotel operations.

BOARD-LEVEL CONFIDENCE: Capable of presenting results, financial performance and strategic plans confidently to the Board of Directors.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP: A strong, fair and inspiring leader who can build, develop and manage a multicultural team.

REMUNERATION: US$84,000–96,000 annually, depending on experience and suitability.
