An exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious 5-star boutique-style property in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a diverse F&B operation with a strong focus on conferences, events and weddings, complemented by an established restaurant offering.

THE OPERATION

Prestigious 5-star boutique property.

Strong Conference & Events (C&E) business, including numerous weddings and private functions.

Established restaurant operation.

Leadership of a team of up to 50 employees, including casual staff.

High standards of service, guest experience and operational delivery.

THE ROLE

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations.

Lead, develop and motivate a diverse team.

Drive conference, wedding and event execution.

Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards.

Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and profitability.

Work closely with senior management, kitchen and events teams.

Further develop the property's F&B offering and commercial performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leader.

Background in 4- or 5-star hotels, boutique properties or premium hospitality operations.

Strong Conference & Events and wedding experience is essential.

Confident managing larger teams, including casual workforces.

Commercially minded with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
